We are THE Custom Design Specialists, so if you just can’t find the piece you’ve been dreaming of, we will gladly customize any of our existing styles to suit your preference, or we can design and create a one-of-a-kind engagement ring, wedding band, dress ring, pendant, earrings or any other piece of jewelry just for you!
The process of making a custom piece of jewelry starts with a one-on-one consultation with our jeweler. They will listen to your ideas and sketch out a drawing of the piece you’ve always imagined. From there, we hand-carve a wax mold of your engagement ring, wedding band, dress ring, pendant or earrings so you can see it as a full 3-D model before it is created. Once we ensure your satisfaction with our design, we will cast the final piece into gold or platinum, then set diamonds or gemstones into your design to complete your sparkling, one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry!
Unlike some other jewelers, we do not charge any additional fees for our custom design services- so you only pay for the materials and labor needed to make your dream piece of jewelry a reality! We can also incorporate your existing jewelry and gemstones into your custom design, so you can turn your heirloom pieces into a design that can be worn as a cherished every day remembrance of your loved ones.

No appointment is needed and our expert staff will be happy to inspect your cherished items and recommend any repairs that may be needed to keep your pieces in top condition so that you can wear your jewelry with no worries!
We also offer jewelry cleaning services and products to keep your fine jewelry items shining like new! Whether your piece needs a full-factory refinishing, a fresh rhodium plating or just a quick dip in our ultrasonic cleaner to get back to its best self, our staff can recommend the perfect treatment to get-and keep- your treasured items sparkling.
We also service all watches and high-end time pieces including Rolex, Omega, Tag Heuer, Patek Phillipe and Bulova as well as antiques, clocks and pocket watches.
